摘要：探討PH對改性鈉基Mont吸附諾氟沙星的影響。模擬體內人工胃液和腸液，觀察不同PH條件下改性鈉基Mont對諾氟沙星吸附率的變化。改性鈉基Mont吸附諾氟沙星降低了諾氟沙星的溶出，降低了它的濃度。改性鈉基Mont在不同p H 溶液中對諾氟沙星均具有強大的吸附作用，兩者聯合用藥時應避免同時服用。

Abstract: This study was undertaken to examine the effect of the PH on the adsorption of norfloxacin by the modification of Na-montmorillonite. After simulation of artificial gastric juice and intestinal fluid in vivo, the changes of the adsorption rates of norfloxacin by Na-montmorillonite at the different PH were measured. The modification of Na-montmorillonite can adsorb Norfloxacin. It reduced the dissolution of norfloxacin. And the concentration of norfloxacin decreased. The effect of the adsorption norfloxacin by Na-montmorillonite was very strong at the different PH. Therefore, it must be avoided to administer the two drugs simultaneously.
