摘 要
海面油膜厚度測量對保護海洋環(huán)境有重要的意義,利用激光三角法對油膜厚度進行測量,有非接觸、精度高等優(yōu)點。文章中采用差分式垂直入射激光三角法進行測量,并保證測量范圍:0.1mm~10mm,測量精度:0.01mm;詳細分析了垂直入射激光三角法的物像關(guān)系、如何保證測量范圍和測量精度;模擬設(shè)計了測量系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)、激光準直光學(xué)系統(tǒng)、成像光學(xué)系統(tǒng),并對成像質(zhì)量作了簡要的分析。結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計的光學(xué)系統(tǒng)能夠較好地滿足測量范圍和測量精度的要求。

Abstract
The oil film thickness measurement of the sea has important significance to protect the marine environment. There are many advantages such as non-contact, high precision of using laser triangulation to measure the thickness of the film. In the text, make use of differential vertical incident laser triangulation measurement and ensure the measurement range: 0.1mm ~ 10mm, the measurement accuracy: 0.01mm . Gave detail analysis of object-image relations and how to ensure the accuracy and measurement range of the vertical incident laser triangulation. Simulating design the overall structure of measurement system, laser collimator optical system, imaging optical system, and make a brief analysis of the image quality. The results show that the optical system can satisfy the demand of measurement range and measurement accuracy.
