摘要：近幾年，輪轉(zhuǎn)印刷在中國(guó)的發(fā)展很快，尤其在北京、上海、廣州、深圳等經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)城市，輪轉(zhuǎn)印刷已初具規(guī)模。 輪轉(zhuǎn)印刷主要用于印刷高級(jí)畫(huà)報(bào)、期刊雜志、高檔商業(yè)廣告等。使用熱固型輪轉(zhuǎn)油墨，配有專(zhuān)門(mén)的烘干裝置，相對(duì)與單張紙印刷機(jī)而言，具有印刷速度快、印刷版面多、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、時(shí)效性強(qiáng)等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
 本次課題主要是對(duì)于輪轉(zhuǎn)印刷機(jī)印刷過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)及控制等方面的一些學(xué)習(xí)與研究，就目前輪轉(zhuǎn)印刷企業(yè)中存在的一些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討并擬出一些解決問(wèn)題的方法和方案。

 Abstract：In recent years, the rotary printing developed rapidly in China, especially in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other economically developed cities, rotary printing has begun to take shape. Rotary printing mainly used in printing high-level pictorial, magazines, and other high-end commercial advertising.It used of heat-type rotary printing ink, with a special drying device, the relative terms and the press sheet with the printing speed, print multiple pages , quality, timeliness and strong advantage.
   The main issues for rotary printing presses in the process of quality testing and control of a number of learning and research, at the present time the existence of rotary printing enterprises to explore some of the problems and proposed some solutions to problems and programs.
