Abstract: In order to reduce the operational costs of printing Corporation, enables enterprises to become more competitive, order online-operation mode will be required.
This paper summed up the experiences in developping e-commerce of printing ,on the basic of the analyis on the reasons for the different operating status of the printing enterprises. Researching the understanding of e-commerce business development, enterprise level information technology, supply chain management problem and propose a solution. Lastly, design the online ordering operation models / modes appropriate for printing enterprises from the perspective of the establishment of e-business platforms, the determination of electronic template manuscripts, the online payment, and the logistics; enable printing enterprises to carry out e-business effectively; make printing enterprises benefit from e-business;become the new economic growth point of printing enterprises. On the basis of the successful operating model of the printing e－Commerce website “I want to print”, which better proved the availability of this design.
