中文摘要
城市住區(qū)常具有人口密度高、建筑容積率高、綠地率低等特點(diǎn)，往往存在人均戶外活動(dòng)面積不足等情況。
本文通過對(duì)城市住區(qū)的調(diào)研和對(duì)資料的分析，找出目前我國城市住區(qū)道路及周邊環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)普遍存在的缺點(diǎn)如；道路空間封閉，呆板，道路周邊景觀單調(diào)、重復(fù)等特點(diǎn)，并提出通過道路與周邊環(huán)境的整合，優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，來改善目前住區(qū)道路封閉、呆板的形式，同時(shí)創(chuàng)造居民舒適的休閑活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所，改善住區(qū)居民休用活動(dòng)空間不足等問題。另外還從居住區(qū)生活設(shè)施的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)角度出發(fā)，以北京近50年的城市總體規(guī)劃方案中城市公共服務(wù)設(shè)施規(guī)劃的發(fā)展變化為基礎(chǔ)，引發(fā)了一系列居住區(qū)生活設(shè)施規(guī)劃建設(shè)與城市公共服務(wù)設(shè)施相接合的思考。結(jié)合對(duì)北京市部分居住區(qū)、居住小區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)研，提出街區(qū)型居住區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)模式是調(diào)節(jié)居住區(qū)與城市協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的一個(gè)有效方法。
作者通過對(duì)南京和北京二十余個(gè)城市住區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)查，結(jié)合資料文獻(xiàn)的查閱，對(duì)道路及周邊優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行探討；
第一章,對(duì)住區(qū)居民的戶外活動(dòng)的人員特征，活動(dòng)需求及活動(dòng)對(duì)場(chǎng)地的要求進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，找尋適于路邊開展的活動(dòng)內(nèi)容，指導(dǎo)道路周邊小環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)。
第二章，為居住區(qū)生活設(shè)施實(shí)地調(diào)研總結(jié)，通過對(duì)不同時(shí)期、不同規(guī)模、不同階層的居住區(qū)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)的總結(jié)，可以反映出現(xiàn)狀生活設(shè)施建設(shè)的長(zhǎng)處和弊端。
第三章，剖析國際國內(nèi)成功實(shí)例的同時(shí)，提出居住區(qū)生活設(shè)施規(guī)劃建設(shè)與城市公共服務(wù)設(shè)施規(guī)劃相結(jié)合的建議。

Abstract
