摘要
 隨著企業信息化的不斷推進，企業資源計劃ERP成為了各個行業的熱門話題。ERP為企業開展管理創新、提高競爭力和實現企業現代化的意義已被普遍接受和認識，ERP的成功實施是企業實現信息化的重要途徑。然而ERP的實施大多以失敗告終，證明在ERP的實施過程中還存在很多問題。同時，這些問題也引起了國內外業界人士的重視，紛紛進行這方面的研究。論文從基層視角對ERP實施的困境進行了研究與分析，并提出了一定的解決問題的方法，期望能為ERP的成功實施提供一定的借鑒作用。

Abstract
 Along with the enterprise information advanced continuously,ERP became the popular topic of every trade. It has been widely accepted and recognized that ERP can develop management innovation and improve competitiveness of enterprises and achieve the purpose of enterprise modernization. The successful implementation of ERP is the important way to achieve enterprise information. However, most of the ERP’s implementation ends to failure which proves that the ERP’s implementation process stills have many problems.Meanwhile,the academicians of domestic and outside are concern about these problems and make investigation in this area. The thesis  makes  research and analysis on the plight of ERP implementation from a grass-roots perspective, and raises a certain problem-solving methods, expectats to  provide reference for the successful implementation of ERP .
