SQL+ASP的OA系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)：基于住房公積金管理中心的研究

摘要

 辦公自動化是指在企事業(yè)單位中，采用Internet/Intranet技術(shù)，基于工作流的概念，以計(jì)算機(jī)為中心，采用一系列現(xiàn)代化的辦公設(shè)備和先進(jìn)的通信技術(shù)，廣泛、全面、迅速地收集、整理、加工、存儲和使用信息，使企業(yè)內(nèi)外部人員方便快捷地共享信息，高效地協(xié)同工作；辦公自動化改變了過去復(fù)雜、低效的手工辦公方式，為科學(xué)管理和決策服務(wù)提供了技術(shù)支持，從而達(dá)到提高行政管理及服務(wù)效率的目的。
 本文選擇了對所實(shí)習(xí)單位的OA系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)所采用的技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行研究，系統(tǒng)采用SQL Server 數(shù)據(jù)庫，并使用Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 （簡稱DW MX 2004）結(jié)合ASP來對Web站點(diǎn)、Web頁和 Web應(yīng)用程序進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、編碼和開發(fā)。論文主要介紹了本課題的開發(fā)背景，分析了所要完成的功能和開發(fā)的過程。
 本文首先闡明了選課題的意義及開發(fā)工具的選擇。然后對公積金管理中心OA系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析，為設(shè)計(jì)和理解應(yīng)用程序做了鋪墊。第三章對公積金管理中心OA系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)計(jì)思想進(jìn)行了探討。之后是概要設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)，并根據(jù)前幾章需求分析和設(shè)計(jì)思想的分析結(jié)果利用SQL Server和ASP進(jìn)行了具體的模塊和功能設(shè)計(jì)。最后，總結(jié)了設(shè)計(jì)體會和編程體會，并指出了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中的不足和改進(jìn)的方向。

ABSTRACT

 The office automation is refers in the enterprises and institutions, uses the Internet/Intranet technology, is the concept based on the work flows, take the computer as the center, uses a series of modernized the office equipment and the advanced communication, widespread, comprehensive, collects, the reorganization, the processing, the memory and the use information rapidly, causes the enterprise internal and external personnel to facilitate shares the information quickly, highly effective joint operation; The office automation changed the past complex, the low efficiency manual work way, serves for the scientific management and the decision-making, as achieved the goal of enhances the administrative  efficiency.
 The Microsoft office SQL Server was used as the database. And the Dreamweaver MX 2004 combine with ASP was used for design, editing code and developing Web sites, Web pages and Web applications. In this paper, we mainly discuss the developing background of this topic, what the functions needed to be finished and the procedure of development.
 This paper first introduced this system topic origin and the choice of the database development kit. Then the introduced the demand analysis of the common reserve fund administrative center OA system, has made the upholstery for the design and the understanding application procedure. Third chapter introduced the main design concept of the common reserve fund administrative center OA system. Finally is the main part of this article, according to the OA system demand, first introduced in detail the system develops the platform choice the reason, finally arrives the detailed design after the outline design, completes for the overall system design. And has carried on the concrete module and the functional design using SQL Server and ASP acted according to the first several chapters of demand analysis and the design concept analysis result. The  summary part introduced the design realized and programs the experience, and pointed out the insufficiency and the improvement direction in the system design.
