摘要：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化增長(zhǎng)速度的勢(shì)不可擋，物流經(jīng)濟(jì)也隨之蓬勃發(fā)展起來(lái)。本文從廣東長(zhǎng)通倉(cāng)庫(kù)碼頭有限公司集裝箱在碼頭運(yùn)作入手，針對(duì)集裝箱運(yùn)作存在的問(wèn)題,客觀的分析影響集裝箱運(yùn)作的原因，從物流發(fā)展環(huán)境和合作伙伴的角度出發(fā),加強(qiáng)對(duì)集裝箱運(yùn)作的管理,達(dá)到促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展的目的。即以企業(yè)的成本為基礎(chǔ)，增強(qiáng)績(jī)效管理；緊跟國(guó)際發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，尋求內(nèi)外貿(mào)共同發(fā)展；提高顧客信息服務(wù)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)集裝箱有效的管理與跟蹤等。
