摘要:本文研究的主要內容是硫雜蒽酮類化合物的合成及它們的紫外光譜研究。
本文綜述了文獻中報道的硫雜蒽酮類光引發劑的合成方法,確定了此次實驗的合成方法:由鄰巰基苯甲酸為初始原料,與苯酚環合制得關鍵中間體2-羥基硫雜蒽酮,然后用酸酐和溴代烷與2-羥基硫雜蒽酮反應。通過該法合成了7個相應的新硫雜蒽酮類化合物,反應收率65%~97%。用TU-1810紫外可見分光光度計對其進行了紫外光譜的測定,測定的結果表明:這些化合物在近400 nm處有最大吸收波長。

Abstract:The main content of the dissertation is synthesis of 9H-thioxanthen-9-one compounds and UV-spectra studying of them. 2-hydroxy-9H-thioxanthen-9-one, an important intermediate for synthesizing 9H-thioxanthen-9-one compounds, is described starting from thiosalicyclic acid and phenol by cyclizating. First, 2-hydroxy-9H-thioxanthen-9-one reacts with the corresponding anhydride and bromo- carbons, and then novel thioxanthone compounds are provided. The yield is 65%~97%. It is showed that the λmax of these thioxanthone compounds is nearly 400 nm on UV-spectras.
