摘 要：涂布白板紙是國內外的市場需求量較大、發展較快的主要紙種之一。其主要作用是用于各種包裝，為了滿足國內市場的需要，全國各地，紛紛上了不少白紙板新項目。國產白紙板的生產能力也在成倍的增加。面對日益激烈的市場競爭，如何降低涂布白紙板的成本，提高市場競爭力，成為了不少企業需要面對的重點問題。
本設計為年產10萬噸涂布白板紙的工廠設計，主要分為兩大部分：一是面漿生產線的工藝設計；二是襯漿生產線的工藝設計。設計過程中，根據制漿造紙相關手冊中的造紙工藝流程，結合工廠的生產實際，確定生產線流程，并畫出流程圖，進行漿水衡算和設備選型。
由于設計經驗不足，整個制漿工藝流程和工廠的設計存在著一定的缺陷，有待于在實踐中根據實際情況進行進一步的改進。

The design for the annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of coated paper white plant design, is divided into two major parts: First, plasma surface technology production line design; Second liner pulp production line process design. The design process, according to Pulp & Paper-related paper in the manual process, combined with the actual production plants to determine the production line processes, and draw a flow chart for accounting serofluid and equipment selection.
Due to lack of design experience, the entire pulping process and the design of the factory there is a certain amount of defects, to be in practice, according to the actual situation to improve further.
