摘 要 本文簡述了裝飾原紙在助留助濾方面的的一些基本情況,以及造紙濕部助留助濾體系的發展概況:如由瑞典埃卡諾貝爾(EKA Nobel )公司開發的助留助濾系統Compzil系統,由英國聯合膠體公司(AlliedColloids)開發的Hydyocol系統和由瑞典Bovliden Kemi Ab公司開發的Hydrosil系統。裝飾紙原紙是一種高填充紙,在原紙的抄造過程中其留著不佳將明顯提高生產成本,所以開發合適的裝飾紙原紙專用助留體系,在裝飾紙原紙的生產中具有特別重要的意義。研究了幾種助留助濾體系對裝飾原紙的助留助濾的效果,使用了了FPA纖維電荷測定儀、動態濾水儀和可見光光度計的儀器測定了紙漿的Zeta電位和過濾時間等一些性質。實驗結果表明:單元助留助濾體系對紙漿的助留助濾效果不是很好,雙元助留助濾體系效果較好。
