PIMS生產信息管理系統在郴州華湘化工的應用
摘要
 通常可以把工業自動控制系統劃分為控制層、監控層、管理層三個層次結構。其中監控層對下連接控制層，對上連接管理層（如ERP等），它不但實現對現場的實時監測與控制，而且常在自動控制系統中完成上傳下達、組態開發的重要作用。PIMS即是一個監控層信息管理軟件平臺。
 本文詳細敘述了PIMS(Process Information Management Systems)即生產過程信息管理系統在郴州華湘化工的應用。PIMS提供了一個集成和管理的平臺，是專門針對現已廣泛應用在工業企業的各種集散控制系統，可編程控制器，智能化儀表，現場總線儀表，數據采集與控制軟件等智能自動化系統設計的。本文介紹了運用此系統實現企業網絡環境下的全廠生產過程數據采集、數據存儲、數據查看、數據處理和數據管理的軟件系統，實現辦公室和生產現場的信息溝通。

Abstract
 The industrial automatic control system usually can be divided into three levels: control level, monitor level and management level. The monitor level can be linked with the control level to the lower, while to the higher can be linked with the management level, e.g. the ERP, etc. The monitor level not only realizes the real-time monitor and control on the spot, but also frequently plays an important role in the automatic control system as a transition by transmitting information and developing interfaces. PIMS is one of the information management software platforms in monitor level. In this thesis, the writer described the application of PIMS (Process Information Management Systems) in Chen Zhou Hua Xiang chemical plant company. PIMS provides an integrative and management platform, which is specifically designed for intelligent automatic systems which have been widely used in industry and corporation, e.g. various distributing control system, programmable control machine, intelligent apparatus, locale bus apparatus, data collection and control software, etc. During the manufacturing process, it can be used in the whole corporation with network in data collection, date storage, data viewing, data processing and data management. Indeed it realizes the information communication between the office and production locale.
