隨著計算機和電子通訊技術的飛速發展和網絡的運用越來越廣泛，建立一個科技企業信息服務平臺，用以方便用戶快速了解企業信息與動態，即推動了企業的發展，也滿足了用戶的需求，這對企業的發展顯得越來越重要。
本課題建立了一個容易操作、內容豐富、功能較完善的科技企業信息服務平臺，主要包含了科技企業信息的登記、查詢兩大功能模塊。
由此為企業和客戶之間提供了一個好的虛擬橋梁，使企業和客戶實現了零的距離化。這樣在為企業進行宣傳的同時，也讓企業之間加強競爭，促進了發展；為客戶方便的提供信息的同時，也讓客戶有更多的選擇，開闊了視野。
本文通過從最初的tomcat安裝配置、系統模塊的設計、SQL Server 2000數據庫的設計到JSP與SQL Server 2000的連接實現，展現了整個平臺系統設計思路。并依靠MyEclipse 6.0.1結合tomcat6.0，利用JSP開發工具對平臺系統進行了開發設計。MyEclipse 6.0.1的功能非常強大，利用它還可以在數據庫和J2EE的開發、發布，以及應用程序服務器的整合方面提高其極大的工作效率。
因此本課題所建立的平臺可以在現實中得到推廣，因而也將具有一定的經濟價值。

Abstract
With the computer and electronic communication technologies and the rapid development of more and more extensive use of networks, the establishment of a technology information service platform for rapid user-friendly and dynamic understanding of corporate information, or to promote the development of the enterprise, but also to meet the user's demand, which is the development of enterprises has become increasingly important.
The issue created a easy-to-use, rich in content, function better in science and technology information service platform for enterprises, mainly includes the registration of enterprise information technology inquiries, two functional modules.
So for the enterprise and the client provides a good virtual bridges, so that businesses and customers to achieve the distance of zero. Such publicity for the company, but also competition among enterprises, promote the development; convenient for customers to provide information, it also allows customers to have more choices, broaden their horizon.
In this paper, from the initial configuration of the tomcat installation, system design module, SQL Server 2000 database design to the JSP and SQL Server 2000 the connection to show a complete design of the system. Platform design for MyEclipse 6.0.1 is to rely on combination of tomcat6.0, they are the mainstream of the current JSP development tools and servers.MyEclipse 6.0.1 is very powerful, we can use it in the database and J2EE development, publishing, and application server integration greatly improved work efficiency.
This topic can be established by the platform to promote, in reality, and thus will have some economic value.
