考研培訓管理系統

摘要
 隨著人類社會的發展，人們希望利用先進的管理理論方法和手段來處理越來越多的信息，考研培訓也是其中一成部分，以此提高工作管理水平。在這種形勢下，如何更好的對培訓工作進行管理，就成了我們需要解決的一個問題，因此，開發一套完善的考研培訓管理系統就成不可少了，本文介紹了在Visual Studio 2010環境下利用其提供的各種面向對象的開發工具開發本系統的詳細過程，選用C#作為開發語言。本文概要的講述了培訓管理信息系統中，培訓管理的課題背景、開發環境、需求分析等部分。本管理信息系統主要是把考研信息管理、培訓需求管理、培訓計劃，培訓評估等管理統一結合起來，使培訓工作更加系統化。

Graduate Examination Training Management System
 Abstract
 With the development of the human, people would like to use the advanced means and methods of management to do with the information which gets more and more larger. In this situation, it is a problem for us to solve how to manage the graduate examination train more efficient. .In a word, it is indispensable to develop a perfect system of management of graduate examination training. This article explains the detailed developed process and the use of tools opening up the objects in the platform of Visual Studio 2010.This paper briefly discuss about the background, development environment and demand analysis of Graduate Examination Training Management System. This system mainly comprises graduate examination information management, the management of training requirements, the training plan, the eva luation of training and so on, which make the work of enterprise graduate examination training more systematization, standardization, automation, finally to reaches the aim of improving the efficiency of enterprise training management and bringing more benefits.
