本次畢業設計的題目是客戶管理系統。本系統是一種適合于中小企業、基于單機版結構模型的客戶信息計算機管理系統。是一種旨在改善企業與客戶之間關系、提高客戶忠誠度的運作機制，它實施于企業的市場營銷、銷售、服務與技術支持等與客戶有關的領域。該系統采用C++ Builder 6.0作為開發工具，SQL Server 2000作為數據庫管理系統。在需求分析的基礎上，對系統的設計方案、功能模塊、數據庫系統設計和安全設計等進行了較詳細的論述。
該系統遵循經濟、安全、高效、可靠、易操作、易維護和開放的設計原則。

ABSTRACT
In this information age, the participation of computer in the enterprise daily business management is of great urgency in the modernization of enterprises. As the competition is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprises showed more and more concern to the customer services.
The paper is about the clients management system. This system is designed for the small and medium-sized enterprises, and based on the model of stand-alone computer structure. It aims to improve the relationship between enterprises and customers, and to promote the operative mechanism of customer loyalty. It is implemented in the customer-related fields, such as marketing, sales, and services. The system adopts C++ Builder 6.0 as its development tool, and SQL Server 2000 its database managerial system. Based on the demand analysis, the author gives detailed information about the design scheme, the function module, the system design and the safety design of the database system.
The system follows the principles to be economic, safe, efficient, reliable, open, easy to operate and easy to maintain.
