該系統是Intranet環境下面的電子商務的客戶關系管理,通過企業管理技術、電子商務和信息技術的高度集成,幫助企業在全球經濟一體化的激烈市場競爭環境中,建立以市場、客戶為中心的管理體系,有效管理企業與客戶之間的關系,提高客戶忠誠度,實現客戶價值的最大化。從而提高企業的核心競爭力。企業要想生存發展,就必須與與之息息相關的客戶建立起良好的關系,不斷發展新客戶,以企業高質量的產品、優質的服務、良好的資信吸引新客戶;經常維系與老客戶的關系,以規范的客戶管理方式、溫馨的客戶關懷、高效的客戶服務來提升老客戶的忠誠度。本論文主要講述了利用 JSP + Tomcat + MySQL Server 開發一個基于 WEB 的印刷客戶管理系統。

ABSTRACT
The Intranet system is the following e-commerce customer relationship management, enterprise management technology, e-commerce and information technology highly integrated, and help enterprises in the global economy face of fierce competition in the market environment, establish a market, customer-centered management system, the effective management of enterprises and the relationship between customers, improve customer loyalty, achieve customer value maximization. Thereby enhancing their core competitiveness. To survive enterprise development, it must be closely related with the customer to establish good relations, develop new customers, enterprise quality products, quality services, good credit to attract new customers; maintaining regular customers with the old, customers to standardize management, warm customer care, efficient customer service to enhance the old customer loyalty.
