基于J2EE 技術的畢業設計管理系統開發

摘要
 
 畢業設計管理系統是一個管理畢業設計流程的系統。在現今網絡高速發展與計算機普及運用的環境下，為了能更合理、更規范和更方便地實現畢業設計流程，設計這樣一個系統是非常有必要的。作為一種管理系統，畢業設計管理系統的主要功能就是根據畢業設計的流程，實現學生網上選擇畢業課題，上傳與畢業設計相關的表格和文件，以及查詢各種通知和答辯安排；另一個功能就是實現教師在線管理，如發布通知、導師分配、論文審查等。這兩個功能的網絡化大大的方便了學生與老師之間的交流，使得畢業設計可以更完善。
 經過分析，設計選用 Sun公司的 Java Server Pages程序設計語言開發環境和先進的Microsoft SQL Server數據庫。利用Java Server Pages語言其提供的各種面向對象的開發工具，尤其是文件上傳和下載組件這一功能實現了教師和學生之間信息的交流。

ABSTRACT
 
 Graduation design management system is a system which manage the process of graduation design. Nowadays ,Internet is widely adopted and developing rapidly ,so as to make the process of graduation design ordered and convenient ,it is rather necessary to develop such a system. As a management system, the main function of graduation design management system , according to the process, is to  achieve the goal that students can choose the graduation topic and upload the tables and documents relevant to graduation design and they can also be informed of kinds of notices and reply arrangement. Besides, the other function is to realize the online management of teachers ,such as  issuing notice, guides arrangement ,checking  of thesis , those two online functions  greatly benefit the communication of students and teachers , which can improve the graduation design.
 Under analysis , the applied Java Server Pages of Sun and advanced Microsoft SQL Server database. Java Server Pages is used to provide the tool of Object Oriented Programming, the download and upload of documents function achieve the communication between teachers and students .
