本系統使用PowerBuilder開發 ,數據庫為SQL SERVER 2000。充分利用PowerBuilder提供的各種面向對象開發的一些組件,尤其是數據窗口這一能方便而簡潔操縱數據庫的智能化對象組件，可以方便的實現數據庫的查詢、更新等操作。本文介紹了系統需求分析和系統設計的方法與過程，完成了系統功能設計,界面設計,程序開發和數據庫設計,構建了一個基礎的商品信息管理, 實現了商品入庫、銷售、退貨的信息化管理和報表的生成和打印預覽。

ABSTRACT
With the computer information technology fast improved and widly spreaded, fresh blood is brought to small and medium companies. Using computer for company’s management can solve the problem of low management efficiency, un-comprehensive management ,unabled data analysis, and so on,which are managed in traditional methods .
The system developed by PowerBuilder, using database SQL SERVER 2000. PowerBuilder provide various of valuable object-oriented components to the developer, particularly the window data can be conveniently and simply manipulated ,which is one of the intelligence database object components, can facilitate the realization of the database query, update and other operations.This article Introduces the analysis of system requirements and the methods of system design and processes, the system design, interface design, process development and database design.At last build a foundation system for the commodity information management, and commodity storage, sale and return ,which also provides a way to generate the information of management statements and print preview.
