本文介紹了在Power Builder為前臺開發工具，SQL Server 2000為后臺數據庫環境下開發一個人事信息管理系統的過程。本系統主要設計實現了企業員工基本信息，員工工資基本信息，員工考勤基本信息的管理和系統的設置以及報表的生成。提供基本數據錄入與修改，實現條件查詢這種功能。系統整體簡單實用、易于操作。由于操作的簡便性，具備一般計算機基礎操作技術的人均可進行操作，為小型企業實現全面信息化提供了堅實的基礎。

ABSTRACT
Personnel information management system is the basic management technology of modern human resource, which is an important system to achieve the human resource systems computer management. The Ultimate function of this system is to provide modern working conditions and a wealth of comprehensive information services, to achieve records management automation and office automation of transaction processing to improve office efficiency and management level for the daily management, and ultimately achieving a "paperless office".
This article describes the process of developing a personnel information management system with the PowerBuilder development tools for the future and SQL Server 2000 for the back-end database environment. The system is mainly designed to manage the company’s staff basic information, staff salary information, staff attendance information, provide basic data entry and changes, achieve enquiry function. The overall of system is simple and practical and easy to operate. People with the basic operation technology of computer can use this system freely because of the simplicity of operation. It provides a solid foundation for small enterprise to pursue comprehensive information.
