簡單教務管理系統的設計與實現

摘要

 隨著信息技術的快速發展，各種管理系統相繼出現。而高校學生數量的急劇增長，使管理學生各種信息的工作日益繁重，人工管理非常低效。無論是數據錄入，查詢還是修改都存在著工作量大，效率低下，周期長的缺點。開發高校的教務管理系統勢在必行。
 本文開發的教務管理系統主要包括前端應用程序和后臺數據庫管理。本系統采用C/S體系結構，選用PowerBuilder 9.0和SQL Server 2000進行開發。系統不僅實現了學生對個人基本信息的修改、查詢以及選課等，還實現了教師對學生成績的錄入功能。
 本系統從教務管理的實際流程出發，將所有數據處理集成在一起，真正實現數據共享，徹底解決數據安全性問題。將教務管理中諸多煩瑣的工作分解到各個模塊，從而最大限度地減輕教務管理人員的工作負擔，使得教務管理系統達到無紙化辦公和規范化、現代化管理。

 ABSTRACT

With the rapid advance of information technology, various management systems have emerged. Along with the rapid growth of the number of university students, it has inevitably increased the pressure to manage student information. The manual management method is very inefficient. The disadvantage, such as great capacity of work, low efficiency and long period, exist in data inputting, demanding and modification. Developing high efficiency academic management system is necessary.
The academic management system this paper discussed mainly includes the backstage database and the application procedure. The system uses the C/S structure, combined PowerBuilder 9.0 with SQL Server 2000 in the development. With the help of this system, students can modify or inquire their information and elective the course. For teachers, the system has implemented an entire progress of students’ score inputting.
This system embarks from the educational administration management actual flow. It makes the data processing to integrate in together, realizes the data sharing truly and thoroughly settles data secure question. Many troublesome work in the academic management system decomposes into each module, alleviate the burden of administer. It results in pushing teaching management system into a new stage no-paper work, the standardization and the modern management.
