基于PB的酒店客房管理系統的設計與實現

摘要
 
 隨著信息化的發展，實現酒店行業的自動化管理已成為必然，開發一套簡單､實用的中小型酒店客房管理系統迫在眉睫｡
 本系統選用PowerBuilder 9.0作為前臺開發工具，SQL server 2000為后臺數據庫。是一個功能完善，使用簡便，界面美觀實用的單機版酒店客房管理軟件。系統主要實現了操作員對住宿信息的添加、修改與錄入，完成了房態查看，消費查詢，客戶結賬，初始化設置等模塊，同時實現了顧客個人信息修改、記錄查詢等功能。本系統的使用，能夠進一步減少酒店管理人員繁瑣、重復的記錄工作，提高工作效率，實現酒店客房系統化、規范化、自動化管理。
 本文從酒店客房管理系統的選題背景出發，重點闡述了本系統的開發實現過程，從系統分析、系統設計、系統實施到系統測試各個環節都進行了詳細的分析和描述。

Abstract
 
 With the development of information technology to realize the automation of management of the hotel industry has become necessary. Also it is essential to develop a simple, practical management system for small and medium sized hotel rooms.
 The system selected PowerBuilder 9.0 as a development tool and SQL server 2000 as the background database. It is a fully functional stand-alone hotel room management software, which has beautiful and practical interface, and easy to use. With the help of this System, operators can add, modify and input the accommodation information, and they can complete the module of room state view, expenditure inquiries, customer checkout, initialize the settings. At the same time, customer can achieve the function of personal information changes and record query. What’s more, hotel management personnel can further reduce duplicate records, raise work efficiency. While achieving the systematic, standardized and automated management of hotel rooms.
 This article starting from the background of hotel rooms management system, focusing on the implementation of the development process of this system. All aspects have been analysed detailedly from system analysis, system design, system implementation to system testing.
