獨立學院經管類專業人才培養模式探析--以珠海A學院為例

 摘  要

 在20世紀末，我國高等教育發展的基本矛盾是：社會經濟發展和人民對教育的強烈需求與現有的教育供給嚴重不足之間的矛盾。在計劃經濟向市場經濟轉軌的時期，我國大部分行業和產品形成了買方市場，實現供求平衡或供大于求，卻唯獨高等學歷教育遠遠不能滿足社會的需求，仍是賣方市場。因此，填補公立高校留下的空缺，滿足人民群眾上大學的實際需求，成為獨立學院產生的前提條件。
 以新機制和新模式試辦高校獨立學院是我國高等教育辦學體制改革的新嘗試，是公辦高校優質高等教育資源和優質民間投資資本的有機結合的辦學方式，是促進高等教育優質資源迅速擴張、推動高等教育大眾化和現代化發展的有力措施，是社會力量介入高等教育領域的嶄新途徑。但是，高校獨立學院畢竟是一種新生事物，其自主辦學實踐必然伴隨著學校定位及學生培養質量等諸方面的問題和挑戰。能否培養出基礎扎實、知識面寬、能力強、素質高且符合社會發展需要的人才，需要獨立學院從很多方面進行全面改革創新。
 因此，本文首先在獨立學院發展的背景下，以獨立學院經管類專業為邏輯前提，重點探討了珠海A學院人才培養模式；再根據所做的問卷調查，結合我國獨立學院經管類專業人才培養模式存在的問題，從政府、母體學校、獨立學院自身三個角度分別提出獨立學院經管類專業人才培養模式建設的對策與建議。

ABSTRACT
 
 In the 20th century, the development of higher education is a basic contradiction: the socio-economic development and people's strong demand for education and existing educational contradiction between the serious shortage of supply. In the planned economy to market economy period, most of our industries and products form a buyer's market, supply and demand balance to achieve, or oversupply, but education alone can not meet the higher education needs of the community is still a seller's market. Therefore, to fill the vacancy left by public universities to meet the people on the actual needs of the University, independent colleges have become a prerequisite.
  To pilot new mechanisms and new models of independent colleges are new attempt to reform higher education, is a quality higher education resources in public universities and high-quality combination of private investment capital means the school is to promote the rapid expansion of higher education quality resources, to promote modernization of higher education and the development of effective measures is the field of social forces involved in a new way of higher education. However, after all, independent colleges is a new thing, its practice must be accompanied by self-education schools and students to develop positioning and other aspects of the quality of the problems and challenges. Can cultivate a solid foundation, wide knowledge, ability, high quality and meet community development needs of the people, in many ways independent colleges need a comprehensive reform and innovation.
 Therefore, this first in the context of the development of independent colleges, independent colleges administered by the logical premise of specialty, focusing on the Zhuhai Institute of Training Mode A; according to a survey done by combining the independent Institute of Economic Management Professional Training Mode problems, from the government, the mother school, independent schools, for their three angles of an independent Institute of Economic Management Professional Training Mode building measures and suggestions.
