摘要
傳統(tǒng)的薪資管理方法存在著許多的不足和缺陷,其效率往往比較低,而且很容易出錯(cuò)。
本論文重點(diǎn)論述了企業(yè)薪資管理系統(tǒng)的組成和每個(gè)模塊的功能。設(shè)計(jì)薪資管理信息系統(tǒng)主要從模塊組成、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)連接、功能實(shí)現(xiàn)、應(yīng)用意義等方面著手。模塊組成包括本系統(tǒng)的主要組成模塊以及每個(gè)模塊所要達(dá)到的功能。工資管理的每個(gè)模塊都脫離不了數(shù)據(jù),所以在進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候,要充分考慮數(shù)據(jù)的高效,減少數(shù)據(jù)冗余,保證系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行速度。
本論文最后論述了用VB與SQL Server 2000編寫(xiě)工資管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程主要以上面的分析的重點(diǎn)作為依據(jù)。首先進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的采集,然后進(jìn)行工資的核算等。在朝這個(gè)思想靠近的過(guò)程中,在許多少的細(xì)節(jié)上還存在著很多的不足。

ABSTRACT
The traditional compensation management has many drawbacks and deficiencies. It is obvious that its efficiency is quite low and it is easy to make errors.
The essay focuses on the components of the compensation management system and functions of each module. The designing of the compensation management system starts from the components of modules, database connection, implementation of functions, application significance. Modules consist of the main components of the system modules and each module function to be achieved. The compensation management system can’t exist without data. Therefore, it is quite important to give full consideration to the efficiency and reducing data redundancy to ensure the speed of the system.
The essay finally states the designing process of compensation management system with Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000. The basis of designing process depends on the analysis above. The first step is to collect data, and then the next step is accounting the wages. On my way to the final goal, there still exist many deficiencies in details designing.
