摘要:箱體的設計是整個拖拉機全自動無級變速箱設計中非常重要的部分。論文以變速箱的總體傳動方案為基礎,進行了箱體的結構設計,在Pro/E上完成了箱體的三維建模。使用有限元分析軟件對箱體進行了強度分析,并且在分析的基礎上進行了結構優化。完成了主要零件的裝配并導出二維工程圖。

The case design of full automatic continuously variable transmission

Abstract:The case design is a very important part of the design of full automatic continuously variable transmission. Based on the overall transmission scheme, this paper made a physical design of the case, and established the 3D modeling of the case on Pro/E. The case was made a strength analysis by using finite element analysis software. The assembly of main components was finished and the two-dimensional drawings were exported.
