Abstract
Driving in the summer, the hot sun will not only burn the skin but also the sun's ultraviolet rays may burn the car's interior and make the leather aging. The high temperature in the car leads a frequency use of air-condition which caused a higher needs of foil fuel. Solar films is a new type of explosion-proof insulation which is used for car's windows. It has several advantages such as good clarity, no blind areas for sights, high-heat energy saving, UV, explosion, glare and some other excellent performance. Therefore, since the car explosion solar films (explosion-proof insulation film) used for the car beauty market, it is loved by industry and the general car lover of all ages. In this paper, through the collection of the available classic cars solar films materials in the market and design an insulation tested by dummy, using four 250-watt infrared therapy lamps simulate the sun's heat, and then use the most advanced solid insulation film manufacturers v-kool’s " Mirror ", on the insulating properties of various solar films comparison test to determine the current performance of the market advantages and disadvantages of various automotive solar films.
