摘 要
注射成型是熱塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形狀復雜的精密塑件。隨著工業的快速發展,塑料模具設計和制造也顯得尤為重要。本設計進行了掛鉤零件注塑模設計,利用PROE軟件對零件進行產品的三維造型,并用PROE軟件的模具模塊功能結合產品的特性進行模具結構設計。確定了分型面、澆注系統,推出機構、冷卻系統等,選擇了注射機,計算了成型零部件的尺寸。同時還進行了產品結構的工藝分析。本設計中采用的是側澆口,利用直導柱導向,推桿頂料,限位拉桿完成脫模。并根據掛鉤零件注塑模具的要求對注射機的各參數進行了校核。最后用AutoCAD軟件繪制了一套模具的裝配圖和零件圖。

With the rapid development of industry, plastic mold design and manufacturing also appear particularly important. Also on the analysis of the technology of product structure. This design is adopted in the lateral runner, use straight guide pin orientation, putting hat, finish stripping tension limit. And according to the requirements of injection mould parts link for the parameters of the injection machine checks. Finally using AutoCAD software rendering a set of mold assembly and detail drawings.
