Abstract

Emerges many new concepts and the high technology in the engineering products and in the factory automation domain. such as micro mechanical or macro mechanical, intelligence mechanical or clever machinery, manufacture unit project, intelligent manufacture control, nimble agile manufacture and so on.. Electric porcelain cap is a major part of power distribution equipment. a series of products, is one of the pieces of vulnerability. It makes the full circle cylindrical shape by the porcelain clay, and have dug a hole in the top, dried before firing pottery. When will the use of porcelain, metal caps flip in the lead at the top (tail) end, will play a role in the protection of insulation and security. The machine are the manufacture electric porcelaneous hat bodies one kind of special-purpose mechanical device. In the control, we used PLC conrtol ,to replace conventional manual control, can improve the reliability of equipment, the system automatically complex process of handling capacity and the later equipment promotion automatically provides in technical the safeguard .
