螺紋滾絲機自動料倉及上下料機構的設計

摘 要
 本設計 - 高速自動滾絲機綜合滾絲和搓絲的優點，采用輪弧滾絲法（圓柱滾絲輪和圓弧搓絲板組合），利用電磁振動給料機為自動料倉，通過撥料帶自動分度芯軸后送至滾壓成型區，實現篩選、上料、滾壓、下料的自動化，可以連續加工，提高生產率，減小勞動強度，增加經濟效益。
 本設計具有以下優點：
 1、對中性好、性能穩定、接頭強度高。
 2、操作簡便、高節能、高節材、高工效、速度快，無明火、無污染。
 3、不受品種、規格的限制，加工范圍廣。
 4、機械體積小、重量輕。
 5、可預制，縮短加工工期。
 6、節約成本，經濟效益好。

ABSTRACT
 The design - high-speed automatic rolling machine integrated the advantages of the rolling and thread rolling, using the wheel arc rolling method (circular cylindrical rollers and screw plate combination), taking electromagnetic vibrating feeder for automatic hopper, through the Kick-indexing mandrel with automatic carried to the roll forming area, to achieve the automation of selection, feeding, rolling, cutting, to be a continuous process, increasing productivity, reducing labor intensity and promoting economic benefits.
 This design has the following advantages:
 1, Good neutral, and stable performance, high joint strength.
2, Easy operation, high energy-conservation, excellent to save material, high work efficiency, high speed, no fire and no pollution.
 3, No limits of variety and size, a wide processing range.
 4, The small mechanical size, light weight.
 5, Can be prefabricated and shorten the processing period.
 6, Save cost, good economic returns.
