隨著人類社會的不斷進步,科學技術的高速發展,機械在各行各業中得到了很好的運用。機械在國民生產中有著很重要的位置,它在很大程度上取代了原始的、落后的生產工具,它在現今中國和全世界的飛速發展的今天功不可沒。本論文綜述了機構設計在現代制造業中的意義和發展前景,還有機構的結構理論, 以及平行四邊形、齒輪機構、凸輪機構、組合機構等的設計方法和設計要求,并簡述了機構學領域的發展趨勢,重點介紹機構資源庫構建的先進方法。
機構資源庫是為了解決設計人員沒有直觀參考體而建立的,本次畢業設計所做的機構更是能夠給出具體的三維模型和運動分析模型。機構的結構確定了組成機構的零部件的形式,它既確定了組成機構的連桿、運動副等的數量和類型,同時又確定了它們各自在由它們相互連接而構成機構中的行為。所以,機構資源庫的建立意義非凡。本次畢業設計完成了由一個曲柄驅動的四組平行四邊形機構,單偏心輪型雙平行四邊形機構,齒輪機構等典型機構的設計。通過SolidWorks的建模、裝配、動力學仿真、應力分析、動畫模擬等模塊來設計完成。
