 摘     要
 電除塵器是一種煙氣凈化設(shè)備，它是一種機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品，它廣泛地應(yīng)用于火力發(fā)電，有色金屬冶煉和制酸工業(yè)、造紙、建材等行業(yè)，隨著環(huán)保事業(yè)的發(fā)展，電除塵器將得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。
 通過在電除塵器生產(chǎn)廠家的實(shí)習(xí)及以之作為背景進(jìn)行畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，參閱有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，搜集資料等方法，取得了對電除塵器設(shè)計(jì)的一定了解，如電除塵器的結(jié)構(gòu)組成，選型，工作原理等等。設(shè)計(jì)的次序大致規(guī)律可分為從下往上，由內(nèi)到外。按工程實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)要求和電除塵器主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)要求，在設(shè)計(jì)人員的指導(dǎo)下，查閱機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)手冊等工具書，借鑒其他成品圖紙，進(jìn)行板臥式電除塵器機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。本文對電除塵器的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了一定的研究，總結(jié)了電除塵器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)。本文主要介紹了電除塵器的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)組成和核心部件的設(shè)計(jì)過程，也列出了一臺電除塵器的設(shè)計(jì)要求和引用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。最后總結(jié)了本次設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，對未來進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract
 ESP(Electrostatic precipitator) is exhaust gas cleansing device. It is a kind of mechatronics production. The ESP is extensively applied for thermal power generation, non-ferrousmetalmetallurgy, acidindustry, papermaking, building materials industry etc. ESP will be more and more extensively applied as environmental protection industry is developing.
 By practicing in a ESP manufacturers, referring to relevant literature, collecting data and other means, I have acquired an understanding of ESP. For example, the composition of the ESP, lectotype,principle etc. The order of the design has two laws: from the bottom to top and from inside to outside. According to require of engineering design and the design of ESP’s main part, I designed the plate-horizontal type ESP under the guidance of the designer, consulting other product drawings and the principle of design. The topic studies certainly about the development of the ESP, summarizes the merit and demerit. The topic mainly introduces the mechanical compose of the ESP and the process of main parts’design, also listing the requires of ESP dedign and quoted standards. At last , The topic has discussed the innovations and the future of development of ESP.
