摘     要

 擠塑機(jī)也是塑料機(jī)械的主要品種之一，占塑料機(jī)械總產(chǎn)值的31%，用擠塑機(jī)加工的塑料制品占其總量的1/3左右。　　單螺桿擠塑機(jī)發(fā)展的主要標(biāo)志在于其關(guān)鍵零件——螺桿的發(fā)展。近幾年以來，人們對(duì)螺桿進(jìn)行了大量的理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究，至今已有近百種螺桿，常見的有分離型、剪切型、屏障型、分流型與波狀型等    單螺桿擠塑機(jī)無論作為塑化造粒機(jī)械還是成型加工機(jī)械都占有重要地位，近幾年業(yè)，單螺桿擠塑機(jī)有了很大的發(fā)展。目前德國生產(chǎn)的大型造粒用單螺桿擠塑機(jī)，螺桿直徑達(dá)700mm，產(chǎn)量為36t/h。　　從單螺桿發(fā)展來看，盡管近年來單螺桿擠塑機(jī)已較為完善，但隨著高分子材料和塑料制品不斷的發(fā)展，還會(huì)涌現(xiàn)出更有特點(diǎn)的新型螺桿和特殊單螺桿擠塑機(jī)。從總體而言，單螺桿擠塑機(jī)向著高速、高效、專用化方向發(fā)展
