摘 要
注射成型技術能夠一次成型形狀復雜的制件,具有成型周期短、生產效率高和尺寸精確的優點,注射模是當今模具行業中潛力最大的一種模具,本文為一個充電器外殼完成了其注射模的結構設計計算及3D設計。該模具采用一模兩腔的型腔布局,總體結構設計為單分型面點澆口注射模,成型零部件采用整體嵌入式結構。模具設計過程中應用模具三維CAD技術,首先用SolidWorks軟件完成塑料瓶蓋產品的三維建模,然后用SolidWorks軟件完成注射模的三維設計,最后繪制出模具的二維裝配圖和部分零件圖。總體上,模具結構設計合理,計算簡要,三維設計直觀性強且易于實現模具CAM和數控加工,對該類產品的模具設計及制造有一定的借鑒意義。

The Injection Mold Design of a Electricity Charger Cover Based on CAD
Abstract

The use of a mold cavity of the two-mode cavity layout, the overall structure of the design surface for the single-point gate injection mold, molding components embedded using the whole structure. Mold design process the application of three-dimensional CAD technology, first used SolidWorks software products, plastic bottle three-dimensional modeling, and then use SolidWorks software to complete the three-dimensional injection mold design, mold the final draw of the two-dimensional assembly drawings and parts diagram. In general, the die structure design is reasonable to calculate a brief, three-dimensional design of intuitive and easy to achieve strong CAM and CNC machining molds, the products of the mold design and manufacture of a certain degree of reference.
