摘 要
畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是我大學(xué)期間最后一次課程設(shè)計(jì),這次設(shè)計(jì)是對我們四年大學(xué)所學(xué)到知識的全面訓(xùn)練。模具設(shè)計(jì)是一項(xiàng)很繁瑣復(fù)雜的工作,設(shè)計(jì)一副好的模具,其中牽涉到許多的內(nèi)容以及工藝,一套模具有多種工藝方案,在進(jìn)行的比較中需要考慮的內(nèi)容包括對塑件成型工藝的分析,如何確定分型面和型腔數(shù)目。確定模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)、型腔、型芯的結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)還考慮了模具制造工藝的可行性以及模具制造的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。本論文全面介紹該活塞模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程以及遇到問題解決的方法,該設(shè)計(jì)從模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),詳細(xì)介紹澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)等。最終完成該產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了玩具卡車發(fā)動機(jī)活塞注塑模具設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)闡述了采用UG進(jìn)行注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的基本流程以及模具各部分結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)過程,包括玩具卡車發(fā)動機(jī)活塞的三維造型以及注射模型腔數(shù)量和布局的確定、注射機(jī)選擇、澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、模板及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選用、脫模及抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、成型零件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等,并根據(jù)玩具卡車發(fā)動機(jī)活塞注塑模具的要求對注射機(jī)的各參數(shù)進(jìn)行了校核。同時(shí)利用AutoCAD軟件繪制了一套模具的裝配圖和零件圖。關(guān)鍵詞:模具;設(shè)計(jì);UG;冷卻系統(tǒng);結(jié)構(gòu)
Plastic injection modle design of toy truck engine’s pistonAbstract
During my college graduation design is the final course design.It’s designed for our four-year university learned knowledge comprehensive training. The mould design is a very complex work ,because involves many content and process. A set of mould has a variety of process, in comparing to consider the plastic molding process analysis and how to determine the parting surface and cavity number. Determine the overall structure, mould cavity, core structure, also consider the mould manufacturing technology of the feasibility and efficiency of mould manufacturing. This paper introduces the overall design of the mould process and problems solving methods and introduce gating system, its molding part of the structure and the system, cooling system, etc. Finally completed the design of the product. he design of the toy truck engines pistons injection mould design, expounds on using UG injection mold design process as well as the basic structure of mould parts of the design process, including the toy truck engines pistons three-dimensional modelling and injection mould cavity number and layout, injection machine, gating system design, selection and standard template and stripping and core-pulling mechanism design, molding parts design calculation, and according to the toy truck engines pistons injection mould for the requirements of various parameters on injection machine. While using AutoCAD software rendering a set of mold assembly and detail drawings.
