Abstract
 With the development of the world, plastics industry has become essential main ingredient among them. This article describes the plastic injection mold which is one of the major means of the manufacture of plastic products and emphasizes the design methods and processes of the plastic injection mold. This article details the main steps of the mold’s design through the process of the plastic products’ (car ashtray) injection mold design. The specific design elements including :  the choice of the injection machine models, determine the surface, pulling mechanism and push-out design, of the design of the forming part, pouring system, cooling system and the design of the reduction of system. And I make a simple design for the other plastic injection mold parts. After the completion of the design I compiled the experience and views of the mold design’s ideas.

摘要

　  隨著世界的發(fā)展，塑料工業(yè)成為了其中不可缺少的主要組成部分。本文介紹的是制造塑料制品的主要手段之一塑料注射模，著重介紹了塑料注射模設(shè)計的方法以及過程。通過對塑料制品的注射模具的具體設(shè)計過程，詳細的介紹了模具設(shè)計的主要步驟。具體設(shè)計內(nèi)容包括：注射機型號的選擇、分型面的確定、抽芯機構(gòu)及頂出機構(gòu)設(shè)計、成型零部件的設(shè)計、澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)和復(fù)位系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，還對塑料注射模其他零部件進行了簡單的設(shè)計。在完成設(shè)計之后，又整理了一些自己對模具設(shè)計思路的心得和看法。
