摘要
 
 隨著全球Internet迅速普及和網絡技術應用的發展，網站已經成為企事業單位進行自身推廣和宣傳的重要手段。遇到網站擴充的時候，整合內外網和分支網站的工作就變的更加復雜。甚至還需要重新建設網站。在這樣的情況下，網站內容管理系統的出現就很有必要了。
 本文論述了內容管理系統（即CMS）的特點。分析比較了目前網站內容管理系統的應用狀況，對其需求進行分析，給出系統功能和結構框架的設計。詳細分析了各個模塊。綜合運用面向對象的設計思想，數據庫連接等知識。較好的滿足了可靠性、擴展性、可重用性，本系統的使用將大大減輕建立各類信息網站的復雜性，提供了一個方便高效的管理平臺和內容實時發布平臺，有良好的發展前景。

ABSTRACT

 With the development of the rapid global popularization of the Internet and the networking application, the website has already become an important means for enterprise and institutions to carry on self-promotion and advertising. When the website expands, the conformity of inside and outside network and the branch website work become more complex, even sometimes the website must be reconstructed. In such situation, the website content management system appears to be imperative.
 This text has described the characteristic of the management system of the content (i.e. CMS). Analyze the application state of website's content administrative system at present, it put forward the design of system function and structure framework. Each module of detailed analysis. The system make full use of the thinking of object-oriented programming , datebase connection, which meets the requirements for reliability and expandability. The system may serve as an effective platform of managing and issuing real-time information, which reduce the complexity about the construction of information website and has a well future.
