基于校園網(wǎng)的學(xué)生宿舍管理系統(tǒng)

摘 要

 二十一世紀(jì)的今天，計(jì)算機(jī)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了現(xiàn)代社會的各個方面，數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)已經(jīng)成為一個重要的領(lǐng)域。而我校的對學(xué)生宿舍的管理仍停留在手工階段，這種方式存在著效率低、保密性差、數(shù)據(jù)易丟失等缺點(diǎn)，因此用計(jì)算機(jī)來進(jìn)行宿舍管理是很有必要的。
 基于上述情況，本人采用ASP技術(shù)開發(fā)了一套以Access為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫支持的基于校園網(wǎng)的學(xué)生宿舍管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以高校學(xué)生宿舍的共有特點(diǎn)為參照，為的學(xué)生宿舍為具體參考模型而開發(fā)。該系統(tǒng)具有MIS系統(tǒng)的基本操作功能，把管理人員從煩雜的手工記錄與統(tǒng)計(jì)宿管信息的勞動中解放出來，能更有效的采集、處理、發(fā)布各種宿管信息，加速信息的傳播，便于學(xué)生和后勤獲取、加工信息。

ABSTRACT
 
 In the 21st century today, the computer has entered the modern society in all its aspects,and the development of database application system has become an important area. but our school's dormitory for students of management are still in the stage of hand, and this way there is a low efficiency, confidentiality of the poor, loss of data easily shortcomings. So use the computer to manage it is necessary.
 Based on the above, I used a set of ASP technology development to support the Access database for background on the campus network of student hostels management system.The system uses college students quarters as the characteristics of the total, with the Zhejiang Institute of Technology student hostels for the specific reference model developed. The system has the basic operation of MIS functions,because it liberate the management staff from manual records and statistical quarters information,and it can be more effective collection, processing, publishing all  information, and it speeds up the dissemination of information to facilitate students and logistical acquisition, processing information.
