隨著網絡技術的飛速發展，遙感影像技術的不斷推廣應用，網絡地圖顯的尤為重要，涌現出了大量的電子地圖相關的產品。國內在遙感影像方面起步比較慢，絕大多數是小規模影像數據處理系統，提供影像顯示和瀏覽、幾何校正和格式變換等簡單功能，以處理單塊影像為多，在處理大區域時，需將所有相關影像分塊拼接起來，在提高空間連性的同時，降低了數據應用的靈活度，降低了多精度和多維度數據分析的有效性。
在遙感影像數據越來越豐富、精度越來越高的趨勢下，開發遙感影像電子地圖瀏覽系統就顯的尤為重要。出門在外，隨時隨地都能掌握身處何地時，生活就會更有意義。
本文介紹了電子地圖瀏覽系統在Wince平臺上的應用。在Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC SDK (ARMV 4I )平臺上對整個瀏覽系統進行移植操作，實現電子地圖在PDA上的縮放,平移,全圖和查詢等功能。

Abstract
As the technology of network developing fast and the technology of remote sense portrait ceaselessly application and dissemination, the map of network will change importantly. Springing up a large amount of products of electron map. In the homeland ,starting is comparatively slow in the field of remote sense portrait, the most is a small-scale portrait data handling system, the system provides simple functions such as portrait display and browsing, geometry adjustment and form alternation, more for the portrait handling a monolithic. When handling big area, we need putting all relevance portrait piecemeal split joint getting up together side by side. When improve company sex in space, we have reduced nimble degree of the data applies, have reduced the validity in many accuracy and many dimensions spends data analysis.
When the data is more and more rich and accuracy is more and more high in remote sense portrait, developing the electron map to browse system will be obvious very important. When we are outside and can grasp the body place always and everywhere time anywhere, life will be having more amusing.
This thesis talked about browsing system of the electron map that applies on the platform of Wince. Face to face entire browse system carrying out transplanting operation on the platform of Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC SDK (ARMV 4I ). Realizing the function of electron map such as decreasing and enlarging, translating , satisfy picture and inquiry on the platform of PDA.
