基于JSP的中國移動公司的人工充值系統

摘要

 隨著通信技術的發展、電信行業的用戶迅速增長和用戶類型的細分，用戶繳費越來越困難。如何對用戶的費用進行充值成為一個越來越重要的問題，充值系統的好壞不僅影響企業的運營成本、收入情況，還會影響客戶的滿意度。因此，開發一個服務到位、令客戶滿意的充值系統十分必要。這次畢業設計開發了一個針對中國移動公司的人工充值系統。這個充值系統是基于JSP開發的。它主要采用成熟的Jsp + JavaBean模式，結合了Jsp,java script，Java等技術,使用 Microsoft SQLServer2000數據庫。這個系統包括了五大模塊：登錄模塊、客戶管理模塊、話費充值模塊、業務查詢模塊和密碼修改模塊。
 本文簡要介紹了中國移動充值業務的狀況和系統實現的相關技術，詳細介紹了系統的設計過程和各個功能模塊實現的過程。

ABSTRACT

With the development of ICT, users of the telecommunications industry and the rapid growth of the sub-types of users, user fees become more difficult. How to user fees for rechargeable become an increasingly important issue, Credits system not only affects the cost of operations and revenue, but also affects customer satisfaction. Therefore, developing a service in place, customer satisfaction rechargeable system is very necessary. The graduation of a design and development aimed at China Mobile Artificial Recharge System. The rechargeable system is based on JSP development. It is mainly used mature Jsp + JavaBean model, which combines the Jsp, java script, Java technology, the use of Microsoft SQLServer2000 database. The system includes login module, customer management module, calls rechargeable module, query module business and password changes module, five modules a total. 
 This paper describes the China Mobile prepaid business conditions and systems related technologies, which also introduce the design process and the various functional module of process detailly.
