本課題主要研究人事管理系統的設計與實現,并采用Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003動態網頁技術實現了一個小型人事管理系統。隨著現代企業制度的建立以及社會經濟的高速發展,加強人力資源的有效管理和運作已成為企業提高競爭力的重要手段。 在研究國內外人力資源管理系統發展和Web技術的基礎上,提出了一個實用的人力資源管理系統結構以及績效考核算法,系統包括8個模塊:部門登記、人事基本信息管理、培訓管理、請假管理、薪資福利管理、獎懲登記、留言板、系統維護。系統主體采用B/S結構。
本系統實現了對人事管理各項工作及相關信息的全面、統一管理,提高了工作效率與管理水平。

ABSTRACT
The project focuses on the designing and implementation of Human Resource Management System (HRMS). And this HRMS was built based on Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 dynamic technique. With the establishment of modern enterprise information system and high-speed development of society economy, thus the enhancement of the effective management and operation of enterprise human resou- rces has become an essential means to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
Researched the development of domestic and foreign on HRMS、workflow and Web technology, thus put forward a practically HRMS framework and Performance Appraisal arithmetic. This system includes eight modules: Departments register、 Personnel information、Training、Leave management、Payroll benefit、 Rewards and Punishment register、Message board、 System maintenance. The system made use of WEB server application program technology under B/S structure。
This system realize entire and integrate management of various work and related
information of personnel management .And it also can improve the working efficiency and management level.
