隨著計算機信息化技術的日益發展，ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)信息管理系統也越來越被企業和行政事業單位所重視，國家也在積極推動政府部門的信息化，以提高其服務水平和工作效率。在這種大的背景下，我選擇了ERP管理系統作為我的畢業設計。
本課題主要分析了倉庫管理系統的一些基本功能和組成情況，包括系統的需求分析、系統結構，功能模塊劃分以及數據庫模式分析等，重點對應用程序的實際開發實現作了介紹。主要解決了倉庫物資的數據管理，物資單據管理，供應商和銷售商管理及物資數據查詢等功能。其主要涉及到后臺的數據設計與開發及前臺的用戶界面設計。
本課題開發主要采用DELPHI 7.0 開發工具，數據庫采用Microsoft server 2000. 采用C/S結構。

Abstract
With the development of management information systems technology,ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）,has become a basic enterprise information management means and a symbol of modern management. Nation also in the aggressive push government section of information-based, to raise its service level and work efficiencies.Under this kind of big background, I chose the ERP management system to be my graduation design.
This text has analysed some basic functions of the administrative system of the stock and makes up the situation mainly, including the systematic demand is analysed, systematic structure, the function module divides and the data base mode is analysed etc., have realized doing the introduction to the actual development of the application program especially.
This topic mainly solved the data management of the warehouse supplies, the supplies voucher management, supplier and sell the company's functions such as management and the supplies data search etc..It mainly involves the data design of the backstage and the customer interface of the development and stage designs.
This topic development of adopt the DELPHI in the process 7.0 development tool, the database adoption in the Microsoft server 2000. Adopt the C/ S result.
