摘要

 在辦公自動(dòng)化蓬勃發(fā)展的背景下，本文結(jié)合中小型企業(yè)的需求分析，采用B/S設(shè)計(jì)模式，設(shè)計(jì)了中小型企業(yè)的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)介紹了辦公自動(dòng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展以及現(xiàn)狀。本文對(duì)用戶主要需求作了詳盡的分析，系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì)遵循了軟件工程的原則，首先對(duì)基于JSP的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了可行性論證，在對(duì)用戶需求作了詳盡的分析之后，實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的總體開發(fā)規(guī)劃。按照總體設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)，逐步完成系統(tǒng)建模并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)，本文重點(diǎn)分析了辦公自動(dòng)化的功能特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)提出更適合目前中小企業(yè)辦公自動(dòng)化的功能并加以實(shí)現(xiàn)。分析了前臺(tái)管理模塊和后臺(tái)管理模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)選擇了JSP+JavaBean+Servlet，客戶端腳本采用java script，以SQL Server 2000 作數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)。

Abstract
 In the context of development in the Office automation boom, using B / S mode, base on the needs analysis of Small or Medium Enterprises. In this article, this Office automation system Designed for Small or Medium Enterprises, also, it introduced the office automated systems development and the Status. In this article, it made a detailed needs analysis for the users. Analysis and design followed the principles of software engineering. Firstly, do the feasibility Verification for this office automation system, after made a detailed analysis for user needs, make an overall development plan for this system. According to the overall design and the detail design, gradually completed the system modeling and implement the System, In this article, the important point is an analysis of office automation functions. Meanwhile made more suitable to the present office automation functions and to achieved, and made an analysis of the disaster management module and the background management module. System Development chose JavaBean + JSP + Servlet, Client script using java script, SQL Server 2000 for database management systems.
