摘 要 
 報告管理系統是用來記錄病人的基本信息，及對病人檢查結果的記錄的管理信息系統。通過應用報告管理系統，不僅能夠做到病人信息資源的共享，而且也能夠節約資源，降低醫療成本，更為重要的是實現了醫院管理的規范化。
 本文首先通過文獻調研講述了報告管理系統的由來，接著對報告管理系統的概念作了簡單的描述，及其它的功能。然后通過對報告管理系統中三個模塊的分析，進行系統的設計與實現。
 本文共分三部分：
 第一部分對報告管理系統的由來進行闡述。
 第二部分結合用戶需求，對報告管理系統進行描述及對模塊進行分析。
 第三部分在分析的基礎上對報告管理系統的模塊進行詳細的設計與實現。
 本文通過對報告管理系統中三個模塊的分析、設計與實現，能夠完成醫院管理信息系統中對醫療設備與病人癥狀關鍵字的添加與修改。

ABSTRACT
 Reporting System is a kind of information management system for recording patients of basic information and the results of examination. Hospital can share the information resource of patients and save other resource with the use of Reporting System. It helps hospital fulfill standardization of management.
 This article first describes the origin of Reporting System by investigating. then describes the concept of the System and its function. At last realization to the system with analyzing three module of the Reporting System.
 The article consists of the following three parts:
 The first part, summarizes the origin of Reporting System.
 The second part, combined with the demand of the user, describes the concept of the system and analyzes the module of the system.
 The third part, finishes the detailed design and fulfills the function of the module on the basic of the analyzing to the system.
 The article finishes the module with analysis, detailed design and fulfillment of the Reporting System. It can add and modify the medical treatment device or the keyword the of symptom in the hospital’s management information system.
