摘要
 
 隨著計算機事業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，各行各業(yè)都和計算機打起交道，會計行業(yè)也不例外。我國的財務(wù)軟件應(yīng)該如何發(fā)展才能適應(yīng)當前復(fù)雜多變的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境，才能推動整個電算化事業(yè)向前發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為財務(wù)軟件開發(fā)公司首先要解決的問題[1]。
 本文重點研究了財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和開發(fā)。針對財務(wù)軟件在各個大小型公司中占據(jù)著越來越重要的地位，首先要研究公司的財務(wù)管理和財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及先進財務(wù)管理思想和關(guān)鍵的支持技術(shù)；接著，從開發(fā)背景，市場需求與可行性分析，概要設(shè)計，流程設(shè)計，界面設(shè)計，數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計和系統(tǒng)測試與完善等幾個角度研究了整個系統(tǒng)，使系統(tǒng)盡可能的完善并為以后的增加功能和更好的維護系統(tǒng)打下基礎(chǔ)。

ABSTRACT
 
 With the development of the computer businesses, all trades played dealings with computer; It’s no exception of the accounting profession. China's financial software should be known how to adapt to the current development of the complex and ever-changing economic environment, Computerization to push forward the cause of the entire development as financial software development companies need to resolve the issue.
 This paper focuses on the financial management system design and development. Against the financial software play importuner position in many companies. First of all ,we should examine the development of the company's financial management and financial management system ,advanced financial management and critical thinking technical support; Then, from the development background, market demand and feasibility analysis, the outline design, process design, interface design, database design and system testing with several perfect perspective of the whole system, make the system as much as possible to improve and increase for subsequent functional and better maintenance system lay the groundwork.
