基于PowerBuilder開發(fā)的工資管理系統(tǒng)

摘要

 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的普遍應(yīng)用，工資管理系統(tǒng)被越來越多的企業(yè)采用。工資管理既涉及到企業(yè)勞動(dòng)人事的管理，同時(shí)也是企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的重要組成部分。
 工資管理系統(tǒng)是典型的信息管理系統(tǒng)（MIS），采用PowerBuilder開發(fā)工具。PB是一種面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)工具，具有組件豐富、語言簡單、功能強(qiáng)大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)所需的功能，進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)模塊的分析和設(shè)計(jì)，完成了對企業(yè)員工的相關(guān)工資信息的管理，包括員工的基本信息、考勤信息、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、津貼和月工資等。能實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫中表的添加、修改、刪除等，來實(shí)現(xiàn)對各類信息的瀏覽、查詢、添加、刪除、修改、報(bào)表等功能。本系統(tǒng)能提高工作效率，節(jié)省人力和物力，滿足企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理、員工工資發(fā)放的需要，同時(shí)也成為現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)管理的標(biāo)志。

ABSTRACT

 With the fast development of economic and extensively used of calculator technical，the wages management system is adopted by more and more business enterprises．Wages management involves the business enterprise management of the personnel，it is an important part of the business enterprise finance management，too．
 The enterprise wages management system is the typical information management system (MIS) which is developed by the kit named PowerBuilder．The PB is a kind of kits that face to object，having abundant module、simply language and strongly advantage．It is carried by the system mold analysis and designed with the piece according to the function needed，it can consummate the information of the business enterprise employee's related wages．It may contain the employee's basic information、medical treatment insurance、subsidy and month wages information．It can increase、modify and delete the information in the database to display each kind of information，such as search information、increase information、delete information、modify information and statement information． The movement result was prove that，this enterprise wages management system raise the working efficiency enormously，it save the manpower and the physical resource. Finally it meets the needs which the enterprise financial control，the staff wages provides，it also become the symbol which the modernized enterprise manages．
