The personnel management system is OA which we often said (Office Automation), in the emphasis management, stressed that the information in the modern society it changes is getting more and more popular. But unifies the information management system and the business automation equipment, is now the social modern enterprise's trend of development. Through such mode of administration, enterprise's administrative personnels, the technical personnel, the count personnel and so on various departments staffs to be able extricate from the massive troublesome material and in the data processing, only need the data and the content which carries on must processing to oneself, but does not need to each link to know from everything. This can save the manpower, the resources to a certain extent, simultaneously also greatly strengthened to the data processing timeliness and the accuracy.
