摘要

 隨著我國(guó)進(jìn)入世界貿(mào)易組織競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來越激烈，旅游酒店服務(wù)行業(yè)與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)接軌已成為大勢(shì)所趨，酒店要迎接這場(chǎng)挑戰(zhàn)，就必須提高酒店自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力，提高整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力必須變革酒店的管理模式，提高管理水平。實(shí)施信息化建設(shè)無疑是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目的的必由之路和明智之舉。這就需要提供最好的服務(wù)，提供最完善的設(shè)施和最先進(jìn)的技術(shù)。一個(gè)成功的酒店，其經(jīng)營(yíng)者不僅要提高服務(wù)水平和服務(wù)質(zhì)量，從而提高客房占有率和回頭率，還要有好的工作效率，并控制成本。在信息時(shí)代，更重要的是還必須要有一個(gè)完善的管理信息系統(tǒng)，便于方便客人和更好地管理酒店。同時(shí)入住酒店的客人很大部分是在外地參觀旅游的。所以酒店應(yīng)該和旅游業(yè)相結(jié)合以便創(chuàng)造更多的利潤(rùn)。
 優(yōu)秀的旅游酒店管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該是一套具有操作簡(jiǎn)單、靈活性好、系統(tǒng)安全性高、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定的系統(tǒng)。我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目就是設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)旅游酒店管理系統(tǒng)，在前期的考察和分析之后，對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)主要用到C#，ASP系統(tǒng)和SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫語言。本系統(tǒng)是基于C/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)、采用C#.net語言和SQL server數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)的典型的旅游酒店客房管理系統(tǒng)。 該系統(tǒng)的主要目標(biāo)是針對(duì)酒店客房住房管理進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)化的管理，本系統(tǒng)主要功能包括：客房預(yù)定、客房管理、員工管理、系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、帳務(wù)管理和系統(tǒng)幫助。本論文主要闡述了該系統(tǒng)的需求分析、功能模塊劃分、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)及主要功能的具體設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)，并就系統(tǒng)中用到的技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹。

ABSTRACT
 
 Enters World Trade Organization competition along with our country to be more and more intense, the traveling hotel service industry and the international market trail connection has become ultimately, the hotel must meet this challenge, must sharpen the hotel own competitive ability, sharpens the whole competitive ability to have to transform the hotel the management pattern, raises the management level.The implementation informationization construction is without doubt realizes this goal way that must be taken and the wise move.This needs to provide the best service, provides the most perfect facility and the most advanced technology.Not only a successful hotel, its operator must raise the service level and the grade of service, thus enhances the guest room percentage of and turns head rate, but also must have the good working efficiency, and controls the cost.In the information age, also must have more importantly to have a perfect management information system, is advantageous for facilitates the visitor and manages the hotel well.Simultaneously enters the hotel the visitor very major part is in the outside areas visit traveling. Therefore the hotel should with the tourism unify in order to create more profits.
 The outstanding traveling hotel management system management system should be a set has the operation simply, the flexibility good, the system safety high, the movement stable system.My graduation project topic designs a traveling hotel management system management system, after earlier period inspection and analysis, has carried on the design to the system.This system development mainly uses the C#, ASP system and the SQL database language.This system is based on the C/S architecture, uses the C#.net language and SQL the server database development model traveling hotel guest room management system management system. This system essential target aims at the management which the hotel guest room housing management carries on computerizes, this system main function includes: The guest room predetermined, the guest room management, the staff manage, the system establishment, the bookkeeping management and the system help.The present paper mainly elaborated this system demand analysis, the function module division, the database design and the main function concrete design and the realization, and the technology which used on the system in has carried on the introduction.
