摘     要
 
 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，利用計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)人事管理勢在必行。對于企業(yè)來說，利用計(jì)算機(jī)支持企業(yè)高效率完成企業(yè)人事管理的日常事務(wù)，是推動企業(yè)人事管理走向科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化的必要條件，也是增強(qiáng)企業(yè)綜合實(shí)力和市場競爭力的有效方法。
 從現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中的人事管理現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，針對人事管理的復(fù)雜程序，經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)調(diào)查，開發(fā)出了一個(gè)操作簡單而且方便實(shí)用的人事管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)對企業(yè)員工的基本信息、考勤信息、工作評價(jià)、培訓(xùn)信息、工資信息等進(jìn)行了有效管理，有利于企業(yè)管理者對人才資源的利用更加合理、發(fā)揮人才資源的最大效用。
 本文介紹了使用VB.NET對企業(yè)人事管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)的過程，首先介紹了開發(fā)所涉及的技術(shù)，然后對系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了闡述，包括需求分析，數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)等。最后測試完成的程序，分析和總結(jié)。

The enterprise personnel management system's design and realization

Abstract
With the swift development of computer technology,it is imperative to realizes the enterprise personnel management using the computer. For a enterprise,using the computer to support it to complete the daily business of personnel management efficiently,is a necessary condition to promote the enterprise personnel management to be more scientific and standardized,and also an effective way to enhance its comprehensive strength and competitiveness to the market.
According to current situation of the personnel management in the modern business management, contrary to personnel management's complex procedure,through systematic investigation,I developed a personnel management system simple to operate and convenient and practical.The system manages the basic information on employees,attendance information,job eva luation,training information and wage information,helping managers take the use of human resource reasonably and decelop the biggest effectiveness of human resource.
This article describes the process of the personnel management system development using VB.NET.It firstly introduced the technology involved in the development,and secondly explained the overall design of the system,including requirement analysis,database design and so on.In the end,the completed system was tested,analysed and summarized.
