井紅商貿人事信息管理系統

摘要

 人事信息管理是企業信息管理的重要部分，開發一個界面友好，易于操作的人事信息管理軟件進行自動化處理是十分重要的。從符合操作簡便、界面友好、靈活、實用、安全的要求出發，本人事信息管理系統使用Visual Basic 6.0作為界面與功能開發工具、SQL Sever 2000作為后臺數據庫進行系統開發，實現對人事、考勤、培訓、用戶等的全過程管理。
 文章詳細介紹了一個人事管理系統實例的開發與應用，主要內容有系統開發背景、系統概述、需求分析、系統設計、功能、感受與體會等。同時還對采用的開發工具(Visual Basic 6.0)和數據庫管理工具（SQL Sever 2000）做了簡要的介紹。

ABSTRACT
 
 The personnel information management is an important section of the enterprise information management, the development of the personnel information management software automation which is user-friendly and easily-operational became very important. From the viewpoint of easy operation and flexible and safe interface, this personnel management system use the Visual Basic 6.0 as the interface and functions development tools and the SQL Sever 2000 database as background-database, to finish the progress of the personnel administration, checking on work attendance, training and user management etc.
 This thesis is mainly about an example about the development and application of a personnel management system. Its main sections include the background of system development, system summarization, requirement analytics, functions, feelings and experience etc. At the same time, the thesis makes a brief introduction to development tool (Visual Basic 6.0) and database management tool (SQL Sever 2000).
