摘要

 信息技術(shù)為企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了機(jī)遇，也帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。如何改良企業(yè)內(nèi)部經(jīng)營機(jī)制，公正、客觀、全面、快捷地評估員工的業(yè)績，實現(xiàn)以人為本的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略，提高人事管理工作的效率，使人事管理員有更多的精力去做人力資源分析、研究和開發(fā)工作，是企業(yè)立足發(fā)展，開拓未來，領(lǐng)先同行業(yè)的關(guān)鍵。
 作為計算機(jī)應(yīng)用的一部分,使用計算機(jī)對人事信息進(jìn)行管理,具有著手工管理所無法比擬的優(yōu)點.例如:檢索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存儲量大、保密性好、壽命長、成本低等。這些優(yōu)點能夠極大地提高人事管理的效率,也是企業(yè)的科學(xué)化、正規(guī)化管理,與世界接軌的重要條件
 本系統(tǒng)是用Swing+Java工具開發(fā)的人事管理系統(tǒng)，以及用SQL Server 2000對后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立，我的目標(biāo)就是在于開發(fā)一個功能實用、操作方便，簡單明了的人事管理系統(tǒng).能夠錄入人事的基本資料，在操作上能夠完成諸如添加、修改、刪除、按各種條件進(jìn)行查詢、新用戶的設(shè)置及密碼修改等方面的工作，基本滿足人事日常業(yè)務(wù)的需要。

ABSTRACT
 Information technology business development opportunities, and challenges. How to improve the internal management mechanism, a fair, objective, comprehensive, and quickly assess the performance of employees to achieve people-centered business strategy, improve the efficiency of personnel management, so that the personnel administrator has Gengduo the energy to do analysis of human resources, research and development work is based on enterprises development, ushering in the future, the key to leading the industry.
 Computer applications as part of a computer-based personnel information management, has the incomparable advantage of manual management. For example: index quick, find convenient, the reliability high, the large, confidentiality, long life, low cost . These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of personnel management and also corporate scientific and standardized management, an important condition for integration with the world
 The system is developed with Swing + Java tool of personnel management system, and using SQL Server 2000 to the database setting, my goal is to is to develop a functional and practical, convenient operation, simple personnel management system. To input basic information on personnel in the operation to complete, such as add, modify, delete, query according to various conditions, the new user's settings and password changes and other work, the basic daily operations to meet the needs of personnel.
