基于PB的員工管理系統設計與實現

摘要

 企業人事管理是企業管理的一個重要內容，隨著時代的進步，企業也變的龐大起來。如何管理好企業內部員工的信息，成為企業管理中的一個大問題。在這種情況下，一個可以規范化，自動化的企業人事管理系統就顯得非常必要。
 最初的人事管理都是靠人力來完成。當企業規模比較小的時候，人力可以完成，隨著企業的規模越來越大，企業的員工人數也越來越多，依然維持著人力進行人事管理，必然會造成工作效率低，工作錯誤增高的問題。
 人事管理系統就是把分散的企業單位的職工信息實行統一，集中，規范的收集管理，建立分類編號管理，電腦存儲查詢以及防火，防潮，防蛀，防盜等現代化，專業化的管理系統，為企業單位和職工解除后顧之憂。
 本員工管理系統具有如下功能：員工基本信息的錄入、修改、查詢、刪除模塊，以及系統維護功能。為企業人事管理提供信息咨詢，信息檢索，信息存取等服務，基本上能夠滿足現代企業對人事管理的需求。
 本系統以PB11為開發工具，后臺數據庫選擇SQL SERVER2005

ABSTRACT

 Enterprise Personnel management is an important part of business management, along with the progress of time, large enterprises have changed up. How to manage employee information within the enterprise, an enterprise management a major problem. In this case, a can be standardized, automated personnel management system of enterprises is very necessary.
 The initial personnel management are accomplished by human. When firm size is small, the human can do that with the increasing scale of business, number of employees of enterprises more and more, still maintain a workforce for personnel management, will inevitably result in low efficiency, working error increased problems. Personnel management system is decentralized business units to employees information unified, centralized, standardized collection management, establishing classification number management, computer store inquiries as well as fire, moisture, anti-moth, anti-theft and other modern, professional management system for enterprise units and employees free from worry.
 The staff management system has the following functions: basic information about staff input, modify, query, delete the module, and system maintenance functions. Personnel management for the enterprise to provide information consultation, information retrieva l, information access and other services, largely to meet modern business needs of the personnel management.
